2. Our packages are adaptable to a wide range of business needs and we have numerous Optional Add-Ons available depending on specific tasks you want your website to do. We are also available for customized programming and will provide a free quote after we have a firm understanding of your project requirements.

3. Once the package has been selected, we require a down-payment of 50% to begin work. Payment in full at this time gives an immediate 5% discount off of the total price of website development.

1. Regardless of the package selected, the next step involves getting all of the text ready for your website. Many clients choose to type their own text since they are intimately familiar with their products/services and have an idea of how they want their business to be portrayed on the web.
   
   Another option is to upgrade to our professional Copywriting Services by providing us with general information for each page and our talented writers will do the rest.

2. In addition to text, we ask that you provide us with any existing brochures, images, product/service details, or other items you think will be useful for us during the development phase of your project. The purpose of this is to not only provide us with the information needed to represent your product/service accurately, but also enables us to 'get inside' your business so that we can have a stronger understanding of your website needs.
   
   You will always have the final say in everything involving your website and we will not stop until we have exceeded your expectations.

3. If you have chosen our custom design package, it is at this point that our designers will produce for you several unique website ‘pre-designs’ to evaluate. They are not recycled designs and are created exclusively for you to select from. You can have us modify them in any way, combine different aspects of each design or even reject them all completely.
   
   With all of our packages, we will continue to make modifications and present them to you until you are completely satisfied with your design (within the specifications of the package and add-ons ordered).

1. At this stage of your project, we are busy developing and integrating all components of your website. Your account manager will continue to be your ‘inside connection’ to speak to about your project’s progress. He/She will always know what is going on and is available to address any questions or concerns. Most communication will be done through a special online (and easy to use) ticket system that is accessed through your password-protected control panel.
   
   We will also create a special area on our website for you to view the progress of your project. We feel this is an important and invaluable technique, allowing you to give continuous feedback and comments throughout the design process. We mean it when we say we do everything possible to ensure you do in fact get exactly what you want.

2. Once the project has been finished and you are completely satisfied with our work, we ask that the final payment be made if it has not already been done. Once received, our team will make your site 'live' and it will then be available to your customers worldwide.
