We realize that our member's privacy is a very important aspect of the services we provide and are committed to protecting the information that our members entrust to us.

The Information We Collect
We may collect personally identifiable information from members in a variety of ways, including through online forms for ordering products and services, and by telephone when calls are made to our sales/support center. The type of information generally provided to us by these means are names, addresses, telephone/fax numbers, email addresses and finanacial information such as credit card numbers.

We may also collect information about how visitors use our website, for example, we may track the number of unique views received by the pages of the website or the domains from which visitors originate. While not all of the information that we collect from visitors is personally identifiable, it may be associated with personally identifiable information that is provided to us through the website.

How We Use Information
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our servers, and to administer our website.

Contact information from orders placed are used to generate accounts. The contact information is also used to get in touch with the member when necessary, for example, when designing and setting up a member's website. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the member for products and services. Webpage statistical information is used to analyze traffic patterns to determine marketing strategies.

Disclosure of Information
We only collect information necessary for billing and internal administration. We use the above-described information to contact our members in regards to changes in our services. Information that is collected is not shared with or sold to any third party, with the following exceptions:

Domain Registration: In order for us to register/modify domain names, the required information is submitted to an ICCAN-accredited domain registrar. Contact information is then made publically available in the public who-is database. For your protection, private domain registration is available for a small fee. (see legal documents for domain services)

Strategic Partnerships: HyperQuad Solutions has formed long-term partnerships over the years with specialists who assist with some website development applications. In some instances, information is revealed to them, like domain name, address, etc. However, financial information is NOT given out and is protected with utmost security. The information that is made available to them, is the same information that we have been asked to publically list on the website.
