Express Email Marketing helps you build and maintain a 100% permission-based subscriber list, nurture customer relationships, and grow your business through the scheduled delivery of email newsletters, announcements, promotions, and other targeted email campaigns.

Which Express Email Marketing plan is right for me?

Express Email Marketing lets you select the plan that is right for you and your business. All plans are based subscription length and volume. Volume refers to the number of email messages you send each month. You can create as many different campaigns as you like; your plan determines how many email messages can be sent in a given month, whether from a single campaign or several.

Select one of these plans:

  • Basic: If you are just starting an email marketing program and have a relatively small list of customers, we suggest you start with the low volume plan that that allows you to send up to 250 email messages per month throughout the subscription period.
  • Economy: If your mailing list is larger, or if you plan on sending several campaigns in a given month, you may want to consider our low-medium volume plan that offers up to 500 campaign mailings per month throughout the subscription period.
  • Deluxe: If your mailing list is well established, or you run multiple campaigns simultaneously, the medium volume plan is for you. The plan offers up to 2,500 campaign mailings per month throughout the subscription period.
  • Premium: For organizations that expect to send a large volume of campaign mailings, we offer a plan that supports 5,000 mailings per month throughout the subscription period.

What file types can be imported to create subscriber lists?

You can import customer mailing lists from any CSV or text file. If your customer database is in Microsoft©, Excel, Outlook, or any other CRM or personal organization tool, you should use the Save As or Export options to create a CSV or TXT file.

Upload the database, and then edit the imported file into a format that matches your sign-up form.

Express Email Marketing helps you attract subscribers to your Web site with easy to use sign-up forms. Sign-up forms enable you to build a permission-based subscriber list. Permission-based subscribers are those subscribers who have explicitly asked to receive email announcements from you.

When you create a sign-up form, you can select standard questions to ask your subscribers, such as their name, address, age, and contact information. You can also create your own custom questions to gather additional information about your customers. The sign-up form also allows you to categorize your subscribers by interest groups. Using interest groups ensures that your subscribers are getting the email campaigns that match their interests.

The information you collect in the sign-up forms displays in the each subscriber's profile on the Subscribers page.
